  20.     I. ABOUT THE SOURCENET NETWORK.

  24.         Finals are over and Spring is here!  With the release of the
  25.         April information kit I'd like to start a new wave of
  26.         recruiting.  I've covered most of the programming oriented
  27.         Fidonet boards in the past so we need to look else where.  I'd
  28.         like to compile a list of people who are willing to upload our
  29.         information kit to large BBSs around the country on a regular
  30.         basis.  BBSs like Execnet, Mustang Software, Salt Air and
  31.         others.

  33.         Jay Heyl has also suggested a few other means of increasing
  34.         SourceNet's visability and I am looking for volunteers to help
  35.         me pursue them

  39.    II. THE GROWTH OF SOURCENET.

  41.        SourceNet was created in June of 1991. It echos in 11 major
  42.        states, with a total of 27 members and growing! This info will
  43.        be updated monthly so everyone may see the growth.

  47.   III. FIDO SUPPORT.

  49.         As I had hoped we have established a number of FTN hubs.  Gary
  50.         Butters at 124/2342, Paul Roberts at 103/140, Tom Carroll at
  51.         347/110 and Mike Jordan of 105/330 have all been helping out.

  56.     IV.  File Areas
  57.  
  58.         CES BBS maintains one file echo for FTN nodes named SOURCE.  I
  59.         will distribute all infokit and newsletter files through that
  60.         area.  QWK nodes will be able to download the files directly
  61.         from CES and I encourage hubs to permit  the  same.

  63.     V. ARTICAL SUBMISSION.
  64.  
  65.         If you would like to submitt an artical to be printed in the monthly
  66.         newsletter, please submitt it to Computer Education Services
  67.         BBS(714-965-9963) by the 20th of each month. We will try and
  68.         make this a monthly letter, and would like to make it a National
  69.         publication, for various topics. Since we have the resources, we
  70.         might as well use them. If you feel like you would be
  71.         interested in writting a column, or contributing in anyway to the 
  72.         newsletter, please let me know in the Net_Admin conference.
